Giraffe (1997)
Like goats, the giraffe is a selective feeder. Over 100 different plants have been recorded in the giraffe’s diet, but various species of acacia form the bulk of its nutrition. The giraffe is not only physically but socially aloof and forms no lasting bonds with its fellows, associating in the most casual way with other individuals whose ranges overlap its own.
